Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales / Accounts executive will be responsible for achieving set targets, pipeline management, territory growth, retention of the existing portfolio in the territory, account penetration and generation of relevant reports.
Role responsibility:
- Managing of individual pipeline & forecasting.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Acquire new sales within the assigned territory
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Manage and develop accounts within the allocated territory by maintaining professional relationships with key contacts and potential contacts.
- Conduct Market surveys and develop appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
- Implement account organic growth strategies and ensure achievement of revenue set targets.
- Ensures risk and commercial contracts terms are appropriately applied by business when entering into an Integrated Security Solutions contracts
- Provide proposals, quotations and presentations to customers.
- Meet sales targets as per Key Performance Indicators
- Maintains regular customer contact and communication
- Originate and participate in sales campaigns, sales drive activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction measures and KPIs are developed, achieved and maintained.
- Liaise with operations to ensure timely delivery of service and product.
- Identifies opportunity by translating our products and services into value for customers
- Speedy dissemination and redress of customer complaints and queries, in collaboration with relevant service line manager in charge.
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and marketing or any other related field from a recognized academic institution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role with tangible results.
- Knowledge of IT or Security Systems will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Sound ability to prioritize, time-manage and fast in decision-making.
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations with resilience, calmly and effectively.

Role responsibility:
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
